My wife & I completely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Canova. From the beginning, the communication with the hotel staff was excellent. They made sure we were comfortable prior to arriving. Because of delayed flights, we arrived "after hours" on a Saturday. The hotel staff send us (2) videos to watch which demonstrated how to use the keyless entry system for the main entrance & our specific room. The room was always cleaned very well. They was always someone downstairs greeting us when we arrived or left the building. We also appreciate their suggestions for directions & local places to eat. We also took advantage of the room-top space . . . what a view. Besides the Vatican, we were under a 30-minute walk to most locations. I would highly recommend HOTEL CANOVA for your stay in Roma. A+

Avoided this place!!! Who raited this hotel as 3*???? Are you serious??? Almost everything is broken, rooms like closets, showe cabin even smaller - if you are 7f- forget about it! In you room at 4 floor can hear everything what happened on 1 floor.

Very clean hotel. They do have an elevator. Nice shower, big towels. They have a rooftop area for breakfast but didn't use. They helped us booked a taxi to go to the Vatican. Taxis here very inexpensive. Brought us a teapot to our room with bottled water. Can walk from the train station to hotel

Did not stay at hotel because of a flight cancellation and hotel would not refund me. Gave them more than 48 hrs notice. No compassion or empathy! Stay away! They obviously don't know anything about customer service

Staff is very friendly and kind. Great location, felt very safe and near to metro and bus station. We stayed four nights and slept well, not noises during night. There are some good restaurants nearby too and a small market 50 meters from the hotel
